About Me

Collaborative, compassionate, inclusive therapy.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, license number LW61133507, and have a Perinatal Mental Health Certificate from Postpartum Support International. I have been a social worker since 2014 and a private practice therapist since 2020. I love meeting my clients where they’re at mentally and emotionally and forming a strong therapeutic relationship. I enjoy the collaborative process, working with clients to establish goals and basing treatment modality choices on what works best for the individual. It is exciting to join clients as they experience pregnancy and parenthood. I am also here to join you in holding your pain during infertility or loss. I act as a nonjudgmental, unbiased voice to help you sort out your own decisions and gain the skills to navigate your changing role and improve your symptoms.

I graduated from the University of Washington with a Masters in Social Work in 2014. Before becoming a private practice therapist I worked in adoption and foster care at Families Like Ours; with homeless young people at Friends of Youth; in community mental health at Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care and I currently work with new parents through the Brief Counseling program at Perinatal Support Washington.

A Vermont native, I’ve lived in the Seattle area since 2012. I currently live in Kirkland with my three sons who were born in 2016, 2018 and 2022. I enjoy painting, running, traveling and trying new foods. I am an IVF mom with personal experience with the NICU, preterm delivery, parenting an infant with a heart defect, parenting neurodivergent children and high risk pregnancy.

I am a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Mental Health Professional Group and Perinatal Support Washington.
